Calendar

• December 8th, 2023: deadline for submitting proposals (title, name of authors, institutional affiliation, 4,000–5,000-character abstract and a maximum of five bibliographical references)

• February 21st, 2024: response from scientific committee
• Approximately March 15th, 2024: registration for the conference opens
• Until April 19th, 2024: early bird registrations (at least 1 author of each accepted presentation must be registered by this date)
• May 20th, 2024: registration deadline

• June 12–14th, 2024: Conference at Université Grenoble Alpes (France)
  

• A special edition in the Alsic journal is planned for after the conference
